Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Food available all day which was excellent quality. There was a lovely swimming pool and spa which we availed of. All in all we had a great stay for a reasonable price We will stay again.

I was there for a wedding and loved the fact that they were able to take photographs inside the hotel and that we were at a good distance that you would hardly know that it was going on. Lovely airy hotel, very spacious in all aspects, entrance foyer, rooms, hallway, function room, bar, breakfast area. Loved the touches for the wedding reception, when serving the top table and the silver plate covers that were all taken off together and served at once. The service to all other tables was excellent, staff very friendly and loved the touch when the Bride and Groom went to the floor for the first dance, loved the 'White Bag Candle Lit shaped Heart' Didn't see it before. Highly recommend and enjoyed our stay.
I would not say that I did not like any thing, but when we arrived at the Hotel, I was unsure if we were actually in the front or the rear of the hotel, the only thing that made me think we were actually at the entrance was the fact that the red carpet and baloons were out for the wedding reception. Maybe a large porch or stone entrance!!

The hotel had friendly staff. While the room was clean and spacious, some areas felt outdated, and we encountered slow service during meals. Still, the food quality was commendable and the pool area was enjoyable.

Overall the staff was friendly attentive. The rooms were nicely furnished and a decent size with nice toiletries and the bathroom, for instance, just what was needed. The hotel offered a delicious and enjoyable breakfast with toast and beans, for instance.

Customer service was truly excellent.
There was a wedding reception on that evening and at 1am I could still hear their music in my room. This wasn't great as I had to leave very early the next morning and do a long drive. I would only stay there again if I could be guaranteed a room away from the event area.

We were there for a wedding at Mount Falcon and so position was great. Staff responded to all our needs politley and effectively. Room service was excellent and facilities were clean and what they were descibed as. Whenever we needed a taxi reception were happy to phone them and they were prompt.
Room was not ready when I arrived and when I returned early evening they had given me the wrong key card to a room that had not been made up!! Key Card kept failing, every time I left the room was a little annoying!Room service charge of 5.50 euros a time a little cheeky I thought!

Celebrating a special occasion, the champagne and chocolates in our room were a good surprise. Each staff member was friendly and the portions at dinner were generous, with locally caught fish. The delay in receiving our orders for lunch was frustrating, and the mix-up with the sandwiches added to our disappointment. Despite this, the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of our room enhanced our overall experience.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and had tea and coffee available. Large parking space around the whole hotel..
The breakfast staff one woman in particular was rude and antagonistic. A whole host of questions were asked of me as if I was some criminal just off the road having an early breakfast. Instead of asking the customer for their hotel room card and or confirming their name and room number. The breakfast area was filthy and it was to late after watching the customer eating his breakfast then to tell them ""OHH I forgot the tomato sauce you asked me for 20mins ago" when I had finished then to laugh at the customer. I found this to be rude and unprofessional.

Hotel was relaxing and upgraded, I appreciated the stay.
By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Ballina, had much fun and met very pleasant and incredible staff in all areas. The hotel had a marvellous and beautiful location in a gorgeous area. Besides, it was close to a town in which the standard of hotels is generally appalling, and centre of town. The family room was new-fashioned and neat.
